With the aim of guaranteeing transparency in the rental market, the State Housing Rental Price Reference System (SERPAVI) offers the result of the exploitation of tax sources of data on habitual residence rentals. Through this page you can access five different maps depending on the territorial level that is the subject of your consultation: census section, district, municipality, province and autonomous community.

Furthermore, to comply with the provisions of Law 12/2023, of May 24, for the right to housing, within the framework of the State Housing Rental Price Reference System, a web application has been developed that allows know a range of reference values ​​for renting a home, according to its location and characteristics.

In order to guarantee transparency in the rental market, the State Reference System for Housing Rental Prices (SERPAVI) offers the result of the exploitation of tax sources for data on habitual housing leases. Through the Ministry of Housing and Urban Agenda page, you can access five different maps depending on the territorial level of the query: census section, district, municipality, province and autonomous community.

In addition, in order to comply with the provisions of Law 12/2023, of May 24, on the right to housing, within the framework of the State Reference System for Housing Rental Prices, a web application has been developed that allows knowing a range of rental price values, taking into account the location, surface area and other characteristics, for homes located in collective residential buildings that are more than five years old, and whose constructed surface area is not less than 30 m2 or more than 150 m2.

This only applies to areas with a stressed residential market that have been declared in accordance with the established procedure. Housing that is not located in areas with a stressed residential market is not subject to the price containment measures introduced by the state law on the right to housing.
